microblading contraindications
You CANNOT get microblading if:

You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding

You are taking any blood thinning medications (including ibuprofen 24 hours before your appointment)

You have allergies to dyes or pigments
-
You get keloid scars
-
You have a bleeding disorder
-
You have diabetes
-
You are currently taking any steroid medications
-
You have had chemotheraphy in the last 6 months

No alcohol 24 hours before
-
No botox, filler, microdermabrasion, or chemical peels in the last two weeks
-
No sunburns or heavily self tanned/spray tanned skin
-
Avoided retinol skin care products on the forehead area for the last 7 days
-
No ibuprofen 24 hours before
microblading after care

It takes two weeks for your eyebrows to fully heal
-
You cannot get your eyebrows wet for 7 days - I provide brow shields so you can shower & wash your hair regularly during this time
-
You cannot do any heavy sweating for 7 days - the salt of your sweat rejects the pigment and will ruin your healed results
-
You will use the provided cleanser & ointment to clean, hydrate, and protect the eyebrow area twice a day for two weeks following your appointment

All makeup and skincare should be sculpted around NOT ON your brows for the full two weeks while healing

You can not pick, scratch, or excessively touch your brows while they are healing
-
You cannot let your new brows have excessive direct sun exposure for two weeks
-
No swimming, saunas, or steam rooms for two weeks
-
No facial treatments for two weeks
-
Once your brows are healed, protect them during the sunny summer months with a face SPF cream
